Project story
We transformed an outdated, damaged interior into a clean, modern luxury home with open spaces, custom details, and high-end finishes throughout.
Case study
This project started with a heavily worn and partially damaged interior that required a complete reset. The existing structure showed clear signs of deterioration, including exposed framing, outdated systems, and materials that were no longer suitable for modern living standards. The goal was not just renovation, but a full transformation into a high-end, contemporary residence.
We began with full demolition, stripping the interior down to its structural components. This allowed us to inspect and rebuild key areas while preparing for a completely new layout. Electrical and lighting systems were redesigned from scratch, focusing on clean ceiling lines and integrated LED solutions to create a soft, ambient lighting effect throughout the home.
The main living space was opened up to maximize natural light and create a seamless indoor-outdoor connection. Large sliding glass panels were introduced, allowing the interior to flow directly into the landscape. The ceiling design became a key feature, incorporating recessed lighting and perimeter LED strips to create a floating effect that enhances the minimalist aesthetic.
Bathrooms were rebuilt as spa-like environments with a strong focus on materials and lighting. Large-format stone tiles were used across walls and floors to create a seamless look, while freestanding tubs and frameless glass showers added a sense of openness. Custom vanities with integrated lighting and premium fixtures completed the design, balancing functionality with luxury.
Custom millwork played a major role in defining the character of the home. Built-in cabinetry, shelving, and closet systems were designed to provide both storage and visual consistency. Warm wood tones were combined with clean lines and integrated lighting to create a refined, cohesive look across all rooms.
Special attention was given to secondary spaces such as home offices and fitness areas. These rooms were designed with the same level of detail, incorporating custom storage, durable materials, and lighting that supports both functionality and comfort. Even utility spaces were elevated to match the overall quality of the home.
Throughout the process, coordination between trades was critical. From rough construction to final finishes, each phase was carefully sequenced to maintain quality and avoid delays. Precision in installation and detailing ensured that all elements aligned with the modern design vision.
The final result is a completely reimagined home that combines clean architectural lines, natural materials, and advanced lighting design. What began as a deteriorated interior is now a bright, modern, and highly functional living space tailored for contemporary lifestyles.
